Service Description

Yoga Mandhi provides authentic professional yoga classes to your residents. We create yoga and meditation programs for small and large groups with specific themes and focus. We bring the mats, music, essential oils, and customized classes to meet the needs of all members. We provide modifications for every pose including chair yoga for those not able to be on the mat for an inclusive experience for all.
